Victoria and Ben's Engagement Session at Harriman Point Preserve in Brooklin, Maine

Victoria and Ben have been together for seven years. They met while they both attended MIT. They were both in the same dorm and bonded over breakfast conversations, bike rides, and bagels!

When it came to proposing Victoria knew she wanted to propose to Ben. She said “I knew I wanted to propose, and it just so happened that our 2π (6.28 year) anniversary was coming up (we celebrated our π anniversary by baking pies). I planned a backpacking trip for that weekend in the Maroon Bells area in CO. I proposed to him with a redwood ring near our campsite.” He of course said yes!

Victoria and Ben choose Harriman Point Preserve in Brooklin for their engagement session location. It’s a 138-acre preserve with wooded walking trails, a field, and lots of shoreline offering beautiful views of Blue Hill Bay and the summits of Mount Desert Island. This was the first time Matt and I had been here, and we’ll definitely be going back! It’s a beautiful spot. We’re so glad Victoria and Ben suggested this location.

We had a beautiful summer evening for Victoria and Ben’s engagement session. Victoria and Ben were great to work with, and they were so cute together! It was obvious they loved spending time together. We had a wonderful evening exploring Harriman Point and getting to know them better.

Victoria and Ben will be getting married in June at Harbor Farm in Deer Isle. We’re excited that we’ll be there to capture their beautiful day. While it was hard we have narrowed down our favorite photos from their engagement session. Check them out below!
