Sanna and Sean’s Engagement Session at Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine
24 Mar 2020, Posted by Engagement Photography, Wedding Photography inMeet Sanna and Sean! They enjoy trying new foods and exploring new towns. Sean proposed to Sanna on their trip to England to visit Sean’s family. While there, Sean and Sanna visited several different ocean-side towns. Sean knew how much Sanna enjoyed exploring new towns and the coast, so they finished their tour on a beach surrounded by cliffs. In this beautiful setting Sean asked Sanna to marry him. Of course, she said yes!
Sanna’s love for the ocean led the couple to have both their wedding and engagement portraits done on the coast. For their wedding they chose the Hulls Cove Schoolhouse, which is a cute wedding venue in Bar Harbor. It also just so happens to be one of our favorite wedding venues on Mount Desert Island!
For their engagement session they chose Acadia National Park. Not only is it a beautiful location with tons of photography potential, but it’s also where Sanna and Sean had their first date. We love when our couples choose locations that have meaning behind them.
Their session was a blast! We started at Sand Beach and enjoyed working with and getting to know Sanna and Sean a little better. They obviously love spending time together, because they were laughing and cuddling throughout their whole engagement session. Some couples have a hard time relaxing at first, but from the first photo Sanna and Sean looked so comfortable together. It was a pleasure working with them. Our evening ended on the cliffs overlooking the ocean with a beautiful sunset. It was the perfect way to end Sanna and Sean’s engagement session.
We had a great time with Sanna and Sean and can’t wait for their wedding! Check out some of our favorite photos from their engagement session below.
