Mendy and Brian’s Engagement Session at Little Long Pond and Seal Cove Beach
27 Apr 2022, Posted by Engagement Photography, Wedding Photography inMendy and Brian met in 2018 through a dating app. After several months of texting back and forth they decided to meet. It didn’t take long for them to develop a strong connection. Not long after, Mendy’s apartment flooded. She and her three cats, George, Emma, and Izzy (RIP), ended up temporarily moving in with Brian and his cat CeeCee. At first CeeCee wasn’t happy about all the additions, but she has grown to tolerate her new siblings and loves Mendy. Brian proposed to Mendy during her birthday Zoom celebration with her family and friends.
Mendy and Brian picked Little Long Pond and Seal Cove Beach for their engagement session. We love both of these locations because not only are they far less busy than other parts of Acadia National Park (especially during the summer months), but they are right down the road from each other. They also look completely different from each other, so it’s a win-win for everyone!
We started Mendy and Brian’s engagement session at Little Long Pond. We enjoyed walking around the pond and getting to know Mendy and Brian better. They are a fun couple and it’s easy to see how much they enjoy each other’s company. I’m pretty sure they laughed throughout the whole session! We then headed to Seal Cove Beach as the sun was just starting to set. It was a great evening!
It was a pleasure working with Mendy and Brian. We look forward to June when we get to photograph their wedding at the Bar Harbor Inn! Enjoy our favorite photos from their engagement session below.
