Heather and Brendan's Engagement Session at Scarborough Marsh

Join us in congratulating Heather and Brendan! These two will be getting married in just a few short days at the Mountain House on Sunday River. A couple months ago, Matt and I met up with this awesome couple (and their dog Luka!) at the Scarborough Marsh in Scarborough, Maine to photograph their engagement session. The three of them were so cute together, and Luka looked particularly snazzy with his bow tie.

We spent most of the evening exploring the walking paths that overlook the marsh. Heather and Brendan were so easy to photograph, and Matt and I had a great time getting to know them. As it grew a little darker, we were able to capture a bit of sunset off in the distance. It was very close to a full moon that evening, so we took full advantage of that fact and shot well into dusk!

Heather and Brendan were such awesome sports all throughout the session, and we can’t wait to work with them this weekend! Stay tuned for pictures from their wedding. In the meantime, below are a few of my favorite photographs from their engagement session. Enjoy!
