The Best Maine Wedding Photographs of 2018

One of the best things about being wedding photographers is that we get to meet all sorts of wonderful people. Our clients come from all over to get married in Maine, either because they have ties to the state or simply because they love Maine for its beauty. It’s incredibly rewarding to work with such fun and amazing couples on what’s arguably the most important day of their lives, and that’s what makes this “job” – if you can call it that – so much fun!

As wedding photographers, we get to travel to so many beautiful locations throughout Maine. This year, we spent a lot of time in Bar Harbor, photographing at the Bar Harbor Club and the Bar Harbor Regency, some of our favorite venues on Mount Desert Island.

We also got to photograph at many of our other favorite Maine wedding venues, such as 16 Bayview in Camden, the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, William Allen Farm in Pownal, On the Marsh Bistro in Kennebunk, and the Jordan Hotel at Sunday River. What a list!

When putting this blog post together, we had so many great pictures to choose from. We loved looking back through this year’s weddings and reliving such fun, emotional, beautiful, and heartfelt moments in our couples’ lives. As you might imagine, it was hard to pick! Each wedding was special, so we chose a mixture of pictures from all throughout the day, from getting ready, to formals, to dancing, to details.

Lastly, while we’re here, we want to send a HUGE thank-you to all of our couples this year. You rocked, and it was such a privilege to work with you! We’d also like to thank all of the other vendors who helped make our couples’ weddings so memorable. Each wedding is a team effort, and we couldn’t have captured these pictures without the help of many talented partners.

We will miss 2018, but we will always remember how great a year it was. We look forward to 2019 and all of the great weddings to come!
