John Bapst High School Senior Portrait: LaRae at the University of Maine

Meet LaRae. She is a senior at John Bapst Memorial High School and is part of the 2018 graduating class. When LaRae’s mom Karen reached out, she mentioned that LaRae had asked for a pretty outdoor location with flowers for her session. After hearing that, I knew the perfect place: Littlefield Garden in Orono. Not only is the garden one of my favorite places to photograph in the area, it’s also exactly what LaRae was looking for.

We had a beautiful summer’s evening for LaRae’s senior portrait session. Almost all the plants were still in bloom, and it looked so pretty. I really loved working with LaRae. She has a wonderful personality and is always ready with a smile. It was so much fun to spend the evening with her and her mom, exploring the garden and chatting together.
