Calais High School Senior Portrait:Emma in Acadia National Park
28 Jun 2018, Posted by High School Senior Portraits inSay hello to Emma. She is a senior at Calais high school and is part of the 2018 graduating class. When deciding on a location for her senior portrait session, Emma knew from the beginning that she wanted to do something a little different than her classmates. When her mom reached out to me, Emma had decided on somewhere in Acadia National Park . After chatting a bit more Emma said that she really wanted something on the beach, so Sand Beach and the cliffs near Thunder Hole were the perfect two choices.
Emma was my first senior portrait session of the year, and I couldn’t have asked for a better a way to kick off the season! She was a pleasure to photograph and spend the evening with. She was happy to do whatever I suggested and was even brave enough to put her toes into the freezing cold ocean! Our time together flew by. Before I knew it we were finishing her session with a beautiful sunset (see the last few pictures below) on the cliffs overlooking Acadia.
Emma, thanks so much for asking me to do your senior session. I wish you a wonderful senior year!
