T. Family Portrait Session in Winter Harbor, Maine

We first met this cute family two years ago. We were referred to them by a cousin who had worked with us in the past. During that first family portrait session we photographed them at the Asticou Azalea Garden in Northeast Harbor, which is a lovely Japanese inspired stroll garden with unique characteristics of the Maine coast. It’s a great place for a family session as well as wedding pictures (we’ve done both)! We enjoyed working with Mary and her family, and we were excited when Mary reached out to let me know they’d be back again this year. This time they would be staying with their cousin Renee (see Renee’s family portrait session here) in Winter Harbor.

Since Renee had already booked a session with us, we all decided it made sense to do a mini session with Mary and her family beforehand. Since their rental property was so pretty, we were able to do both family sessions on site. It’s always much less stressful for everyone when an on site session is an option.

We enjoyed seeing Mary and her family again. It’s amazing how much the kids have grown in just a few years! When we met them two years ago they were both shorter than us, but this year we had to look up at them. Crazy! Our evening together was lovely and we hope to see them again soon.
