The B. Family’s Portrait Session at Little Long Pond and Seal Cove Beach
11 Apr 2022, Posted by Family Photography inI first met Hannah in May. She reached out to us because her parents were going to be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in August and they wanted to do something special for them. It just so happened that the whole family was going to be in Bar Harbor to celebrate, so they thought an extended family portrait session would be the perfect gift for their parents.
They really wanted a sandy beach option for their family session, so we suggested a couple of options. They decided on Seal Cove Beach in Seal Harbor. Unlike Sand Beach, which can be quite busy during the summer months, Seal Cove Beach would give them the quiet atmosphere they were looking for. They also added Little Long Pond as their second location because it was right now the road and would give them a completely different look to their beach photos.
They had a lovely evening for their portrait session. We started their session at Little Long Pond. After spending some time there we then headed down the road for sunset photos on the beach. We had such a great time working with this fun family! We’re so glad they reached out, and that we got a chance to be a part of such a special gift and anniversary.
I’ve included a few of our favorites photos from our time together below. Enjoy!
